Shredding procedure

TotalShred is always accommodating and flexible to your needs.  TotalShred arrives at your facility where your confidential materials are brought out to our truck and shredded on-site. During the destruction of your documents, a member of your staff may supervise to witness that all documents are destroyed in a satisfactory manner. Once the shredding is complete, a certificate of destruction is provided and all shredded material is sent to recycling.

Personalized services offered

1.    Office Program

TotalShred creates a personalized document shredding program to meet the specific needs of each client. We offer our customers locked consoles or bins which securely hold all confidential documents to be shredded. On a pre-determined frequency, our truck will arrive at your location to securely shred your documents on-site. We offer a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly service. 2.    On-Call Service

We will securely destroy your large volume of documents that are taking up valuable space on your warehouse floor or archive room. All shredding is done on-site. No job is too small or too large!

3.     Residential Service:

We offer our residential customers the same service as our business customers. A truck arrives at your location and all documents are securely shredded on-site, in our truck.
